I have not received an order confirmation, what now?
If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your spam box. To make sure you do not miss any other order updates. Make sure you accept our emails so they are not marked as "junk mail".
Can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a Track & Trace code from Post NL or DPD with which you can track your order.
Can I exchange my product?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange a product.
What is the return period?
You always have the possibility to return your order within 14 working days after the shipping date. Make sure you return the products unworn, undamaged and with the labels attached. Keep your proof of postage until we have processed it.
Returns Policy
Returns are only possible within the 14-day return period.
• Both the costs and the risk of shipping are at your own expense
• We will only accept returns if they are returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned.
• Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started for missing returns. So please note that a proof of shipment with track & trace code is a requirement to qualify for a refund.
Do the sizes in question correspond to general European sizes?
Moroccan dresses can sometimes deviate from the general European sizes. Are you unsure about the size? Feel free to contact us for the exact measurements.
